All events come with the following as standard:
• Consultation at the Venue or your home address
• As much choice of the music that is played at your event as you want
• A 'DON'T PLAY' list
• Professional Sound, Lighting System and DJ
• £10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and PAT testing certificates
• Legally binding contracts signed by all parties
• Photographs taken during the evening, (a USB of these will be sent to you after the event) Optional
• Use of our "Props Box" Optional
Probably making up 70% of what we do, Weddings and Same Sex marriages require a very special understanding, not just of the way things should run, but of how the couple want their evening reception to work.
It is often said that you and your guests will remember the beautiful dress, the flash cars, the ceremony and all the other bits of your special day, but if the evening entertainment is not good this will be what they remember most! So it is our job to help you to make sure that they have a night to remember, for all the right reasons!
To do this we take time to get to know the couple, who they are and what their musical choices mean to them. This allows us to work with them to create a playlist that reflects who they are as people, and at the same time entertain their wide spectrum of friends and family.
Yes we know what works and can guide you in your choice, but like the people we work for, no two weddings are ever the same, so why should the music be the same? We pride ourselves in never having preconceived ideas about what we will play, so every event is different!
We can also provide music for your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and microphones for speeches if required,as well as acting as your Master of Ceremonies for the day, but this is at an additional charge and depends on the amount of time and level of service required.
We cater for everything from children’s parties to 90th birthdays with every other type of celebration in between.
Once again by talking to you, we can get to know how you want your party to go, if you have a theme or an era for your party, special songs that are close to the heart of the birthday girl/boy!
We have even been known to do a short sing along section for those who appreciate the songs from the '40s and '50s that we sing!
We have covered everything from big product launches, awards ceremonies and presentation evenings, right through to charity auctions and fund raisers.
