Meet the Eclipse "Team"

We are a husband and wife team who formed Eclipse Mobile Disco in 2000 as we saw a gap in the market for a "bespoke" service.

Starting with a very small rig and the idea of doing 2 or 3 gigs a year, within a month we had bought bigger and better equipment, and now do between 70 and 100 weddings, parties and corporate events per year!

Colin Rouse

The DJ of the "team", Colin has been working venues across the South Coast since his mid-teens; this, mixed with a huge love of music of all types, gives him the ability to take "your" music and turn it into a blend that everyone wants to dance to. He is the perfect host for your wedding or fund raiser and has the knowledge and experience to make your night one that you and your guests will remember for years to come, for all the right reasons.

Denise Rouse

The sensible one in the "team", Denise is the special part of the jigsaw that makes Eclipse work! At the start of the evening, she is the one putting all the gear together while Colin lugs it in.

She then becomes your evening photographer, taking pictures of you and your guests on the dance floor, often finding time to help with the running of the event and acting as a link between you and the DJ. She is often found dancing while "snapping away", and although she is not a professional photographer, she has been applauded time and time again for the quality of the pictures she takes.

At the end of the evening she does the whole thing in reverse, taking down and packing away all of the equipment! She can also be found fronting our stand at wedding shows, telling everyone just how much we both love the job we do!
